South Clear Creek Falls is a waterfall on its namesake, a tributary of upper Rio Grande in Hinsdale County, Colorado. The waterfall is located in the Divide Ranger District of Rio Grande National Forest.

Directions:
From Creede, head north on CO-149 for 23 miles and turn right into Silver Thread Campground. Drive to the back of the campground to park at the trailhead for the waterfall.

Hike Description:
Follow South Clear Creek Falls Trail (#899) as it switchbacks down towards South Clear Creek. In 0.2 miles, the trail ends at an overlook.
There's a path past the overlook that leads right to the base of the falls.
