Rex Falls (Rio Grande)

Rex Creek Falls is a sliding waterfall on a tributary of South Clear Creek in Hinsdale County, Colorado.  The waterfall is located in the Divide Ranger District of Rio Grande National Forest.

Directions:


From Creede, head north on CO-149 for 23 miles and turn left on County Road 10.  Follow the gravel road for 1.3 miles and pull off on the right opposite Brown Lakes State Wildlife Area.

Hike Description:


From the parking, an obvious path heads north towards the tributary and to the base of the waterfall.
