Pinkham Notch (White Mountain)

Pinkham Notch is a gap in the White Mountains between the Presidential Range and Wildcat Range.  Much of the area is part of the Androscoggin Ranger District of White Mountain National Forest and there are countless outdoor recreation opportunities.  The area contains Wildcat Ski Area, AMC Pinkham Notch Visitor Center and numerous trails leading to mountain peaks and cascading waterfalls.

Directions:

From Gorham, head south on NH-16 for 10.6 miles and turn right into the parking for AMC Pinkham Notch Visitor Center. This is a very popular area and the parking can fill up. No parking on NH-16; overflow parking available at Wildcat Mountain Ski Area that is 0.8 miles north on NH-16.
