The hike begins in the curve in FR-4651 and follows a path upstream along Moses Creek. At about 0.6 miles, the trail crosses Moses Creek, which will be a wade in high water. At 1.2 miles is a crossing of West Fork Moses Creek. Right after crossing, turn left and follow an overgrown path upstream to the base of lowest portion of Moses Creek Falls.
The waterfall continues up the creek, but can't see more from here. Return to the main path and go left. At 1.6 miles from the start, the trail cuts sharply to the left and climbs up. This old road will go back towards West Fork Moses Creek and passes by the upper section of the waterfall.
