Hike Description:

Begin hiking the Avery Creek Trail (#327) that is blazed blue. The trail heads down to its namesake creek and crosses on a footbridge. Cross the creek and go left to stay on Avery Creek Trail (right is Clawhammer Cove Trail). It's about another quarter mile from the bridge to the waterfall. There are some cascades along the creek, but you'll know when you reach the waterfall. The trail passes very near the top of the waterfall.

A steep but short path leads down to the base from here.

It's not real high but photogenic and still looks pretty nice in lower water levels.
