Directions:
From Erwin head south on I-26 east for about 6 miles to exit 43. At the end of the exit, turn left for US-19W south and then an immediate right to stay on US-19W. Drive 0.7 miles and turn right on on Lower Higgins Creek Road. Follow this for about 1.5 miles to the end. There is no parking here, but a sign directs visitors down a rough gravel road for 0.2 miles to a parking area at the turnaround on this gravel road. There are two wide spots to pull off about half way down this road. It's really rough, so you might want to park here and walk the last 0.1 mile.

Hike Description:
From the turnaround at the end of the road, hike down the gated road that continues along Higgins Creek. It's all uphill, but not too steep. In about 0.6 miles, the waterfall is visible from the trail. A steep scramble path leads down to the base.
Here's a video of the falls.
