Hike the FR-9999 for less than a quarter-mile to a clearing with a campsite where the road makes a sharp turn to the right. Bushwhack in a southeast direction towards the sound of falling water. A huge tree fell at the base so it's hard to get a good picture and Double Branch is a pretty small stream.
