Directions:
From Highlands, head south on NC-28 for 2.1 miles and turn right on Clear Creek Road. Go 1.2 miles and turn right on gravel Forest Road 367. Drive 2.7 miles (0.3 miles after passing Brooks Creek Falls) and the waterfall will be on the right.

The waterfall can easily be seen from the road, though the view is somewhat overgrown.
