Hike Description:

From the parking area, continue up Arethusa Falls Road to the railroad tracks and go left to pick up Arethusa Falls Trail.  In 0.3 miles, bear left onto Bemis Brook Trail.  At 0.4 miles, look for Fawn Pool (signed) to the left, where the creek flows down a number of little steps into a shallow pool.

Coliseum Falls is just a short ways further.

The water tumbles over rock ledges and then more small steps further down.  I thought this one was really nice.

Continue on Bemis Brook Trail for 0.6 miles from the start to reach Bemis Brook Falls.  The trail gets real steep as it heads back up to Arethusa Falls Trail past the waterfall.

There are some more nice cascades downstream.
