Hike Description:

From the parking area, pick up the yellow-blazed Step Falls Trail that heads into the woods to follow Wight Brook upstream.

At about 0.5 miles, the trail reaches the lowest parts of the waterfall.  The water level was a little low when we visited in the summer, but there are a number of excellent swimholes all along the waterfall.

The trail becomes steeper and more difficult heading up along the waterfall.  The end is clearly marked with fencing and No Trespassing signs.  There are nice views from the top of the waterfall.
