Rendezvous Mountain State Park, formerly Rendezvous Mountain Educational State Forest, is a North Carolina State Park nestled in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of Wilkes County. Directions:


From Wilkesboro, head north on US-421 for about 3 miles and turn right on NC-16 north.  Drive 2.9 miles and turn left Boone Trail.  Go 2.8 miles and turn right Purlear Road, which becomes Shingle Gap Road.  In 1.7 miles, turn left on Rendezvous Mountain Road and go about 1.5 miles into the park.
