Hike Description:

From the parking area, pick up the short Moss Glen Falls Trail that leads through an open area on a boardwalk.

The boardwalk ends as the trail gets close to the creek, then heads steeply up to an overlook of the waterfall.  Up here, you can see the entire waterfall.

To reach the base, return down to the bottom and get in the creek and follow it up to the base of the waterfall.  You will likely get your feet wet unless the water is really low, but definitely worth it for the amazing views.

Here's a video of the falls.
