Lower Reedy River Falls (Greenville)

Lower Reedy River Falls is a 15-foot waterfall just downstream of the bigger waterfall in Greenville County, South Carolina.  The waterfall is located in Falls Park on the Reedy in downtown Greenville.

Directions:


From I-385 in Greenville, go north until the end and turn left on Church Street/US-29.  Go 0.9 miles and turn right on University Ridge.  Drive 0.2 miles and turn right on Howe Street.  In 0.2 miles, take the third exit in the traffic circle and then turn right into the parking for Falls Park.

Hike Description:


Cross the bridge and turn left to follow the closed road down towards the river.  In 0.2 miles, turn right  on Swamp Rabbit Trail.  The waterfall will be visible to the left and there are paths that leads down to a closer view.
