Hike Description:

Head past the restrooms and picnic area to pick up Laurel Run Trail, which follows its namesake upstream.  At 0.6 miles, come to a crossing of Laurel Fork, which will be a wade in high water.

At 0.8 miles, pass Laurel Run Falls and some nice cascades above it.

Right after this point, the trail turns left and heads up.  Get off the trail at this point and cross Kiner Creek.  Right after crossing, turn left to follow an overgrown path up the creek on river-left.  There are some nice cascades along the creek.

In under a quarter-mile, the path ends at Kiner Creek Falls.

It's an overhanging waterfall and you can walk behind it.

Here's a video of the falls.
