Hike Description:

The old trail that followed the river is now closed.  Hooker Falls Trail picks up from the northwest end of the parking area and passes by Moore-Hooker Cemetery after a quarter-mile.  The trail then descends down to the river near the base of the waterfall.

The pool at the base makes a good swimhole in the summer months.  You can walk up to the waterfall to get a close up view but don't attempt to climb the waterfall.

Here's a video of the falls.
