Hemlock Cliffs Waterfall (Hoosier)

Hemlock Cliffs Waterfall is a seasonal waterfall on a tributary of Otter Creek in Crawford County.  The waterfall is located in Hemlock Cliffs Special Place in Hoosier National Forest.

Directions:


From English, head south on IN-237 for about 6 miles and turn right on North Union Chapel Road.  Go 2.6 miles and turn right on Hatfield Road.  In 1.6 miles, go straight onto the National Forest Road and follow to the parking at the end.

Hike Description:


From the parking area, the trail leaves from the east end and descends down into the canyon at the base of the waterfall.  It's seasonal so best to visit after heavy rain.


The trail makes a 1-mile loop back to the parking area and is a very beautiful hike.
