From the parking area, hike West Fork Trail that follows Fisher Creek upstream.  In about 0.5 miles, pass by Split Rock.

The trail starts to get steeper as it continues following the creek upstream.  At just under 2 miles, the trail turn left right before ending at Pinnacle Trail.  Right where the trail turns left, go right and bushwhack down.  After coming to a small side stream, bear left and head down to Fisher Creek near the base of the waterfall.
