Falling Waters Sinks

Falling Waters Sink is a 72-foot waterfall in Washington County, Florida.  It is the highest waterfall in the state.  The waterfall is located in Falling Waters State Park.

Directions:


To visit the falls, head towards Chipley on I-10 and take exit 120. Go south on FL-77 towards Panama City Beach for just under a mile and turn left on State Park Road. Go 1.7 miles to the park entrance station. After paying admission, go another half mile to the main parking.

Hike Description:


A concrete walkway at the southwest end of the parking area that leads a short ways a viewing platform for the waterfall.
