Cumberland Falls State Resort Park

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is a 1600-acre Kentucky State Park in Whitley and McCreary Counties.  The centerpiece of the park is Cumberland Falls, the Niagara of the South.  The 70-foot waterfall on Cumberland Falls is an excellent place to see a moonbow, although it's definitely not the only place in the Western hemisphere to see one as the park claims.  The park also has a campground, lodge, restaurant and many miles of hiking trails that connect with the trails of Daniel Boone National Forest.
