Buttermilk Falls (Ithaca)

Buttermilk Falls is a cascading waterfall on Buttermilk Creek in Tomkins County, New York.  The waterfall is located in Buttermilk Falls State Park.

Directions:


From Ithaca, head south on Meadow Street for about a mile and bear right on Elmira Road/NY-13 south.  In 1.1 miles, turn left onto Buttermilk Falls Road and proceed to the parking area.

The waterfall is visible from the road.


The Gorge Trail leads up alongside it.
