Hike Description:

Head back to Thurston Avenue and go left and follow the sidewalk across the bridge to a viewpoint of the waterfall.

To see the upper part, turn around and walk around the Welcome Center to the pedestrian bridge over the waterfall.  The dam alters the natural flow, but it's still pretty scenic.
