From Beckley, head south on US-19 for about 6 miles and turn left onto WV-3 east.  Drive 10 miles and bear right on Sand Knob Road and then left on Leatherwood Road in 0.4 miles.  Follow this for 2.2 miles and turn right on Surveyor Branch Road.  Go 1.6 miles and turn right Bluestone Park Road.  In under 1/2 miles, make a sharp right after the park headquarters and follow to the end at the boat ramp.

Hike Description:

Make the short hike down to the boat ramp and bear right towards the little cove.  The waterfall is visible where the cove drops into the lake.

There is another small drop over a ledge just above the main drop.

The tributary and waterfall are unnamed, but I called it Riverview Falls since Riverview Trail runs past it.
