Queens Falls is a waterfall on Queens Creek in Macon County, North Carolina.  The waterfall is located on private property but visible from a road.

Directions:


From Bryson City, get on US-74 and head west for 19.2 miles, passing Nantahala Outdoor Center, and turn left on FR-422/Winding Stairs Road.  There is trailhead parking for Bartram Trail here and the road immediately crosses the river on two narrow bridges and turns to gravel.  Drive 2.9 miles on FR-422 and pull off on the right.

Hike Description:


The waterfall is visible from the road, but the view in summer is poor.  It's private property so can't leave the road for a better view.
