Hike Description:

From the far end of the parking area, pick up the Sol Duc Falls Nature Trail that leads 0.8 miles to a footbridge over the river Sol Duc Falls.  Continue on the trail another 0.1 miles to a junction and go right on Lover's Lane Trail.  In a quarter-mile, the trail crosses Canyon Creek on a footbridge over the waterfall.  Just before the bridge, you can bushwhack down a short ways, but I was unable to find a good view point and getting down to creek level seemed very difficult.

Upper Lover's Lane Falls is just upstream of the footbridge.
