Little Mineral Falls (Hoh)

Little Mineral Falls is a 70-foot waterfall on an unnamed tributary of Hoh River in Jefferson County, Washington.  The waterfall is located in Olympic National Park.

Warnings: The rocks around waterfalls are very slippery.  The path to the waterfall is overgrown and steep.

Directions:


From Forks, head south on US-101 for about 13 miles and turn on Upper Hoh Road.  Follow this road for 18 miles to end at the Hoh Rainforest Visitor Center.

Hike Description:


From the trailhead, begin hiking the Hoh River Trail that follows the river upstream.  At 2.6 miles, the trail crosses Mineral Creek below Mineral Creek Falls.  Continue another 0.1 miles to the next tributary and look for path that heads up along it.  It it steep and narrow to reach the base of the waterfall.
