Knightdale Greenway

The Town of Knightdale, east of Raleigh in Wake County, currently has about 3.5 miles of greenway trails in the network.  Mingo Creek Trail leads for about 3.5 miles from the confluence of its namesake creek with Neuse River to Mingo Creek Park.  It is composed of paved trail and boardwalks.  The trail provides access to Raleigh's Capital Area Greenway, providing a connection to 20+ miles of additional greenway trails in the Research Triangle region.  The trail is open to hiking, running, bicycling and other non-motorized traffic.

Mingo Creek Trail:

Mingo Creek Trail starts at Neuse River Trail near Anderson Point Park and follows Mingo Creek upstream over three miles to Mingo Creek Park.
