Jordan Game Land

Jordan Game Land is 40,609 acres of Game Land surrounding Jordan Lake in Chatham, Durham, Orange and Wake Counties.  The lake and much of the land surrounding the lake is owned by the Army Corps of Engineers and most of the land is leased to the state and managed by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission..  The game land is primarily for hunting and fishing, but there are some trails throughout with opportunities for hiking and horseback riding.  Additionally, there are several boat ramps for access to the lake.
