Ithaca Falls

Ithaca Falls is a 150-foot waterfall in on Fall Creek in Tompkins County, New York.  The waterfall is located in a City of Ithaca Park.

Directions:

From Ithaca, head north through downtown on Meadow Street/NY-13.  After crossing Cascadilla Creek, make the first right on Dey Street and then immediate left on W Lincoln Street.  Go 0.4 miles and turn left on Lake Street then an immediate right into a small parking area.

Hike Description:


Go north on the sidewalk on Lake Street for a hundred feet or so and turn right to enter Ithaca Falls Park.  The trail leads less than 0.2 miles to the base of the spectacular Ithaca Falls.


The falls is 150 feet high and 175 feet wide and quite a sight.  The cascading waterfall is very photogenic.
