Directions:
From Hickory, head north on US-321 for about 5 miles and take the exit for Granite Falls. Turn right on Falls Avenue and go 1.5 miles and turn right on Meandering Way. Follow this for just over a mile through a golf course community to a gate. If it's open, you can drive past the gate to a second gate. There is a small parking area on the right. Do not try to enter if the outer gate is closed and do not go through the second gate.

Hike Description:
There is a small viewing platform next to the parking area. The view isn't great, but I'm not entirely certain public access is allowed, so I wouldn't recommend exploring for a better view.
