Factory Branch Falls is a roadside waterfall on its namesake above the confluence with Nantahala River in Macon County, North Carolina.  The waterfall is on private property.

Directions:

From Franklin, head west on US-64 for 13 miles and turn right onto Rainbow Springs Road/Forest Road 437.  Go 4.8 miles and the waterfall will be on the left next to a house.  There is nowhere to park and all of the land along the road is private, so have to settle for a view out the window.  The waterfall is covered in downfall anyway.
