Boulder Falls (CO)

Boulder Falls is a 70-foot waterfall on North Boulder Creek in Boulder County.  The waterfall is located in land owned by Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks.

Warnings: The rocks around the waterfalls are very slippery.  Use caution when crossing Boulder Canyon Drive

Directions:


To visit the falls from Boulder, head west on CO-119/Boulder Canyon Drive for about 8.6 miles to a small parking area on the left.  There were construction delays when we visited.

Hike Description:


Carefully cross the street and pick up the short, paved trail.  It leads less than 0.1 miles to the base of the waterfall.
